Bracelet with image of Hathor
This bracelet from Ancient Nubia, it is made out of gold with an image showing a figure of the goddess Hathor, It was found in Nubia, Sudan and excavated in 1916. It was during the Meroitic Period (250-100 B.C) and had spiritual and ceremonial significance during that period. It is very decorative with geometrical patterns and it also has a gold enamel of the goddess Hathor. I've learnt that the Ancient Nubia civilisation were very creative in making jewellery.
