Jewellery From The Past
This is a gold Nubian necklace from Meroitic Period, Nubia, Sudan. It was excavated in 1921 by the Harvard University-Museum. This Nubian necklace was symbolic during the Napatan Period (6th Century BC), Jewellery of deities and scarabs were common during that period.
